SNIPE.PICS is a beautiful, open photo network. Post the moments you love, follow people on any Fediverse server, and own your audience — no algorithm games, no walled garden, no lock-in.
An image-first social experience that pairs the feel of a modern photo app with the freedom of the open web.
Follow and be followed across Mastodon, Pixelfed, Friendica and every other ActivityPub server. One identity, one network.
High-quality uploads up to 15 MB, albums of up to 4 images, and crisp derivatives for every screen.
Share fleeting captures with the people who follow you — without the algorithmic noise.
No ad targeting profiles. No selling your photos. Granular privacy on every post.
Open mobile APIs mean SNIPE.PICS works with the Fediverse apps you already use — or our web app.
Take your followers, your content, and your handle wherever the open web goes next. No lock-in.
This is our actual @snipesearch account, embedded live from snipe.pics — refreshed in real time, federated across the open social web.
SNIPE.PICS speaks ActivityPub — the same open protocol that powers Mastodon, Pixelfed and the rest of the Fediverse. That means the people who follow you here can also follow you from any compatible server, and you can follow them back from yours. No new accounts. No silos.
Create your SNIPE.PICS account, post your first photo, and start meeting people across the open social web.
